A 45 to 60 minute relaxation massage focusing on the upper back, arms, hands, head, and face. IHM improves the whole body's circulation, both physically and energetically and clears away stuck energy from both the major and minor Charkras. This centuries old practice increases one's overall feeling of vitality and well being. I am a certified Indian Head Massage Practitioner personally trained by Bliss Prema.

Intuitive Body Massage™ & Reiki
Using Reiki, White Light and Pranic energy techniques this treatment involves gentle stretching of the whole body, opening the minor Chakra centres and helping to release outmoded patterns of behavior that keep us stuck in the past. This is a modality I have developed myself, employing all the healing training I have received. Our bodies hold the truth of our path and can for many Lifetimes. This methods gets us past words and deeply into feelings and memories. My clients have experienced amazing healing, both physically and energetically, with this method of Energy Massage. All the Charkras are balanced during this treatment. As in Cranial Sacral Therapy the body is supported in the movements it needs to make in order to bring itself to a state of perfect health for each individual. A recorded discussion follows each treatment.

An Intuitive Psychic Reading is a dynamic experience; no two readings are alike. Past Life Discovery, Energy Healing and messages from your Guides, Angels or Loved Ones can come directly through me or by Oracle cards. All readings are conducted in a comfortable, safe space dedicated to healing and energy work. All readings are recorded on CD or MP3 for the client to keep.

A couple/friendship reading has all the same elements as a private Intuitive Reading, with the added fun of sharing the experience with another person. Personal information and guidance comes through for each participants as well as information on the energetic and Other Lifetime connections between each person..

Vibrational Energy Medicine
Using Chinese and Vibrational Medicine in the form of healing essences, physical, spiritual and emotional issues are shifted and resolved in a whole body system of healing. When an essence enters the physical body, it plays a pure harmonious frequency. The aspect which is out of harmony is drawn to this healthy frequency like a magnet and begins to vibrate in harmony with it. The role of an essence is to introduce a pattern of harmony into a system where there is discord and to anchor our intention to heal ourselves. Using essences is a journey of self-discovery and self-healing. I use my own product line of Essences and Sabina Pettitt, Dr. TCM's Pacific Essences. I am a trained Energy Medicine Practitioner with my certification pending.
